    the definitions of standard pricing and special pricing

    special pricing:

    • children: aged 3 to 11 years old (both inclusive) or with a height above 1.0 meter and up to 1.4 meters on the day of their visit to the park
    • seniors: aged 65 years old and above
    • guests with disabilities (certificate/proof of disability is required)

    free park admission:

    • children under the age of 3 years old or with a height of 1.0 meter and below on the day of their visit.

    an “age” mentioned above is deemed to have been reached on the date corresponding to the date of birth. guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a guest aged 16 years old or older to enter the park.

    guests that do not meet the special pricing or free admission criteria (as set forth above) must purchase standard tickets to visit shanghai disneyland.

    the terms of the new definitions are also applicable to child annual passes purchased after october 8, 2019 accordingly.

    in order to enjoy free admission or the ticket discount based on age (as set forth above), guardians must bring and present a valid original government id with a photo and the date of birth of the children (“id certificate”) that is acceptable to us on the day they intend to enter shanghai disneyland.

    for mainland china guests, examples of acceptable id certificates are:

    before your entry, our cast member will measure your body temperature and please show your health qr code. please bring the original copy of your id document (for mainland china guests, please bring your prc resident id card. for hong kong and macao guests, please bring a mainland travel permit for hong kong and macao residents or prc travel document. for taiwan guests, please bring a mainland travel permit for taiwan residents or prc travel document. for other guests, please bring a valid foreign passport), the id number of which will be collected by shanghai disney resort at the time of entry. if you refuse to provide your identity and contact information as provided in this form before your visit or if you are in such a situation under which you are not allowed to enter shanghai disneyland according to the law or the requirements of the government authorities or the park rules and regulations, you may be refused entry into the park during this epidemic period.

    on may 11 2020, the majority of shanghai disneyland’s attractions, rides, some shows and shopping and dining locations resumed operations, with controlled attendance. to accommodate social distancing, beloved disney characters are appearing in the park in a new way, as they make appearances in each of the themed lands, greeting and welcoming everyone back to shanghai disneyland.

    disney standby pass is an innovative free online reservation tool launched by shanghai disney resort to help guests reduce physical wait time in attraction queues, and enhance the overall park experience.

    the specific dates, time periods and attractions and entertainment whereby disney standby pass applies will be adjusted based on operational needs. for the time period when disney standby pass is applicable, guests need to hold a disney standby pass to enter the standby queue at corresponding attractions and entertainment experiences. outside of these hours, disney standby pass will not be required.

    disney standby pass will not necessarily be required every day or for every applicable attraction and entertainment. please check the official app and tap on “get standby pass” under “make plans” to see if disney standby passes are required on the day of your visit.

    guests who do not have a smart phone or have other difficulties in obtaining disney standby pass may get assistance at guest services locations throughout the park.

    guests with disabilities are eligible to purchase this product with the same pricing as a senior ticket by presenting a valid certificate or proof of disability. if a guest with disabilities wishes to purchase this product, the guest will need to contact the shanghai disney resort reservation center (by calling 400-180-0000 or 86-21-3158-0000), or visit the shanghai disneyland main entrance guest services. when entering the park, the guest will be required to present the original copy of the valid certificate or proof of disability, as well as their valid china government id card or travel document onsite.

                how to redeem your exclusive experience

                • please redeem your disney concierge services at the walt disney grand theatre in disneytown before you enter shanghai disneyland.
                • present your host with a valid government-issued id (mainland travel permit for hong kong and macao residents or prc travel document. taiwan guests must provide their mainland travel permit for taiwan residents or prc travel document. other guests must provide a valid foreign passport).
                • all guests booked to enjoy disney concierge services must be present at the meeting location to redeem the service together if a booking is made using one valid government-issued id.

                terms & conditions

                • to ensure smooth park entry, guests are required to provide their government id/travel document/passport information (please refer to the shanghai disney resort official website) and prepaid ticket order when entering the park. guests who reserve a single ticket or a number of park tickets are required to enter the park with rest of the ticket holders booked under their government id.
                • guests are required to provide their full name, valid id information and mobile phone number when booking. full payment must be made at the time of booking. up to five disney concierge services can be purchased using one valid id in one order, and each valid id can only be used to place one order on any selected day.
                • at least one guest per group must be 16 years or older.
                • disney concierge services are subject to the park’s operational availability for any guests wishing to purchase a same-day order.
                • disney premier access (dpa) and other benefits contained within the disney concierge services are restricted to the guests who redeem the disney concierge services. they are not transferable and may not be resold or exchanged for any items of value or services, including but not limited to cash, gift cards, meals, other theme park tickets or alcohol and tobacco.
                • unless otherwise provided by law, all items contained in the “disney concierge services” are non-transferable and non-refundable without our permission.
                • dated disney concierge services can be replaced twice with new dated disney concierge services of equal or greater value by paying the difference in price – replacement eligibility is subject to availability. date changes must occur, at the latest, 52 hours prior to 00:00am on the date of the entitlement.
                • park tickets are excluded in disney concierge services. the price of disney concierge services, as value-added services, varies by date.
                • the dpas contained in the disney concierge services are linked to the park tickets of guests. we are not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by app error which is not attributable to our fault or caused by any unauthorized duplication or sale of dpas. the price of disney concierge services does not change if any of the attractions corresponding to the dpas contained in disney concierge services are temporarily suspended or closed. please verify the attractions listed on the dpa set details screen for the day, as well as the attraction real-time status published on the shanghai disney resort official app.
                • please queue up and enter the disney premier access entrance at the attraction referred by each dpa. at the disney access point, scan the dpa qr code located within the shanghai disney resort official app or scan the qr code located on the back of your park ticket. after scanning the qr code, a cast member will check that the photo associated with the park ticket matches the identity of the person redeeming the dpa. if the dpa user does not match the visual identity of the park ticket holder, the dpa will not be accepted. dpa is valid only on the date of redemption of disney concierge services and can be used only once at each corresponding attraction.
                • in consideration of capacity, extreme weather, special events, safety or order in the park, or if the circumstances so require, we may from time to time, change the operating hours of the park or any park attraction, close the park or any part of it to the general public temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to the park, and/or suspend or cancel any attraction or entertainment program.
                • in instances of inclement weather, disney concierge services will still commence. we encourage our guests to dress accordingly. we may photograph, film, videotape and/or record in the park. guests’ entry into the park constitutes guests’ consent to be filmed, photographed and/or recorded, and to our use of these images and/or sound recordings, which may capture your portrait and/or voice, for our internal business, administrative and operational purposes or other directly related purposes, for the purposes of meeting the legal, safety or security requirements, or for other legitimate purposes. guests are responsible for the security and protection of their personal belongings at all times. admission to shanghai disneyland is subject to the park rules and regulations as posted on our website (https://www.shanghaidisneyresort.com/en/rules)
                • these terms and conditions are subject to change. if there are mandatory requirements stated in the laws otherwise, then related ordinances will be followed. for the purposes of these terms and conditions, “we” means either or both of “shanghai international theme park company limited” and “shanghai international theme park and resort management company limited”.

    guests will be able to see the following six months of the pass calendar (including the current month). the pass calendar for the new month will be released in the middle of each month. the “shanghai disneyland annual pass calendar” is subject to change in instances where the government announces adjustments to holidays and non-working days. we may restrict the number of persons with access to the park due to capacity.

    the number of tickets available is limited. tickets are valid only on specific date, or for two-day tickets, only on specific dates. entertainment, ticket types, entitlements and prices subject to change without notice. tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable.

    any date marked "unavailable" indicates that tickets are not currently available for purchase through this website at this time. guests may still inquire about remaining tickets for these dates with our authorized trade partners or select another date.

    2. this offer must be purchased at least one day prior to the date of admission.

    2. guests with disabilities are eligible to purchase this product with the same pricing as a senior ticket by presenting a valid certificate or proof of disability. if a guest with disabilities wishes to purchase this product, the guest will need to contact the shanghai disney resort reservation center (by calling 400-180-0000 or 86-21-3158-0000), or visit the shanghai disneyland main entrance guest services. when entering the park, the guest will be required to present the original copy of the valid certificate or proof of disability, as well as their valid china government id card or travel document onsite.
