due to recent weather condition, shanghai disney resort may make adjustments to the operational schedule. during periods of strong winds, heavy rain or lightning, the resort’s outdoor attractions and shows may be temporarily suspended or cancelled, including the firework effects in illuminate! a nighttime celebration.
we are continuing to closely monitor weather conditions, and will notify guests if there are any further changes to our operation plan. thank you for your understanding and support!

due to high demand, shanghai disney resort parking lots will be at or near full capacity during the weekends and holidays. guests visiting shanghai disneyland and disneytown are advised to take the metro, taxi or other public transportation.

guests will be able to see the following six months of the pass calendar (including the current month). the pass calendar for the new month will be released in the middle of each month. the “shanghai disneyland annual pass calendar” is subject to change in instances where the government announces adjustments to holidays and non-working days. we may restrict the number of persons with access to the park due to capacity.

the number of tickets available is limited. tickets are valid only on specific date, or for two-day tickets, only on specific dates. entertainment, ticket types, entitlements and prices subject to change without notice. tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable.
any date marked "unavailable" indicates that tickets are not currently available for purchase through this website at this time. guests may still inquire about remaining tickets for these dates with our authorized trade partners or select another date.

- each package is limited to one guest. the ticket included in this offer is a one-day dated ticket. when purchasing the ticket, guests need to select the visitation date from the applicable dates indicated on the validity period calendar and can only enter the park on the day selected at the time of ticket purchase.

please enter the disney premier access entrance at the attraction or enter the reserved area at the entertainment venue anytime during the validity period (subject to attraction operations). please have the disney premier access qr code open within the shanghai disney resort official app or present the qr code on the park ticket to scan using the redemption device. once scanned, the cast member will validate the photo associated with the park ticket and ensure it matches that of the person redeeming the disney premier access. if the disney premier access user does not match the visual identity of the park ticket, the disney premier access will not be accepted.
