due to high demand, shanghai disney resort parking lots will be at or near full capacity during the weekends and holidays. guests visiting shanghai disneyland and disneytown are advised to take the metro, taxi or other public transportation.
zootopia has officially opened at shanghai disneyland on december 20. as we continue to manage maximum capacity for each area of our resort, and in anticipation of high demand to visit zootopia during its opening period, please understand that admission to zootopia or its new attraction “zootopia: hot pursuit” may not be secured for every guest who enters shanghai disneyland. however, guests will be able to encounter multiple new experiences with a zootopia touch throughout the park, including decoration, entertainment, food & beverage and merchandise. please also note that overnight queuing for entry to shanghai disneyland on any day is not permitted. guests are encouraged to plan their trip accordingly.
in the opening phase, we expect that pauses and brief downtimes may occur from time to time in the new attraction “zootopia: hot pursuit”. downtimes may occur for a variety of reasons due to the complexity of the ride system and built-in safety features, based on industry requirements and best practices. in the event of downtime, guests will be required to evacuate according to onsite cast members' instructions. operation of the attraction will be resumed after the completion of all necessary procedures. we appreciate the understanding and cooperation of our guests during this opening period.

this disney premier access can only be purchased and used by an individual guest after entry into the park and (with respect to attractions) is only valid during the time period between the designated starting time and the closing time of your selected attraction on the date of purchase or (with respect to entertainment shows) is only valid during the return window of your selected entertainment show on the date of purchase (“validity period”) . it can only be used once during the validity period at the selected attraction or entertainment venue. it is shown in digital form only and is associated with the park ticket or annual pass used to purchase it. it is void if altered.
disney premier access is non-transferrable, not for resale and is non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
please enter the disney premier access entrance at the attraction or enter the reserved area at the entertainment venue anytime during the validity period (subject to attraction operations). please have the disney premier access qr code open within the shanghai disney resort official app or present the qr code on the park ticket or annual pass to scan using the redemption device. once scanned, the cast member will validate the photo associated with the park ticket or annual pass and ensure it matches that of the person redeeming the disney premier access. if the disney premier access user does not match the visual identity of the park ticket or annual pass holder, the disney premier access will not be accepted.
the operating hours of attractions and entertainment show times are subject to change. attractions and entertainment experiences may be suspended or closed temporarily.
due to extreme weather including but not limited to typhoon (when a blue alert for typhoon or above is issued by shanghai meteorological centre or pudong meteorological station), high temperature (when an orange alert for high temperature or above is issued by shanghai meteorological centre or pudong meteorological station), air pollution (when a blue alert for heavy air pollution or above is issued by shanghai meteorological centre or pudong meteorological station or when air quality index published by shanghai environmental monitoring centre or shanghai meteorological centre exceeds 300), shanghai disneyland may make adjustments to the operational schedule of attractions and entertainment shows, including but not limited to temporary close of outdoor attractions, and removal of the firework effects in illuminate! a nighttime celebration.
the disney premier access set price does not vary if any of the attractions and entertainment options are temporarily suspended or closed. please verify the attractions and entertainment options listed on the disney premier access set details screen, as well as the attractions and entertainment real-time status published on the shanghai disney resort official app.
disney premier access is not valid for admission to shanghai disneyland.
the price of disney premier access varies by date, attractions and entertainment shows. guests may purchase disney premier access at the then current price published on the shanghai disney resort official app after going through the park’s turnstiles.
guests are required to comply with the height restrictions for the attractions and the safety rules for the attractions and entertainment experiences.
we are not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by an app error that is not attributable to our fault, or unauthorized duplication or sale of this disney premier access.
guests must be 18 years of age or older to purchase disney premier access on the shanghai disney resort official app.
these terms and conditions are subject to change. if there are mandatory requirements stated in the laws otherwise, then related ordinances will be followed.
